Ency Care is a privately-run company, supporting individuals to live safely and independently in their own homes. From our head office in Harlow, we support thousands of families across the UK. Our staff come from a wide range of backgrounds and have varying levels of experience, and whilst we do not look for any specific external qualifications, we require people who are naturally empathic with the vulnerable clients that we support. We aim to deliver the best, safe and reliable service in line with our values: we care, always there, being the best and pulling together.
As a carer for Helping Hands, you will play a vital role in the lives of our customers, helping them to continue living in the comfort of their own homes. Whether living in the customer’s home with them or providing visiting support as needed, our carers are supporting adults of all ages – young and old – with a variety of different health conditions.
